Client Agreement

Welcome, and thank you for choosing Breezy Travel & Destinations to assist with planning your upcoming travel experience. This agreement outlines the terms, services, and expectations to ensure a seamless and enjoyable planning process.

By engaging Breezy Travel & Destinations, you agree to the following:

1. Professional Services

Breezy Travel & Destinations provides personalized travel planning, research, and coordination services, including but not limited to:

• Customized itinerary design
• Accommodation and supplier recommendations
• Cruise and land vacation bookings
• Activity and excursion coordination
• Travel guidance and support before and during travel

All recommendations are carefully curated using a trusted network of suppliers and industry expertise.

2. Planning & Research Fees

A professional planning fee may apply depending on the complexity and scope of your trip.

• Fees are non-refundable and cover time, research, and expertise
• Fees will be communicated and approved prior to work beginning
• Planning services will begin once payment is received

This fee ensures a high-touch, customized experience and dedicated attention to your travel needs.

3. Booking & Payment Terms

• All reservations are subject to availability and supplier terms
• A deposit is typically required to secure travel arrangements
• Final payment deadlines will be clearly communicated
• Failure to make payments on time may result in cancellation of your booking

Breezy Travel & Destinations is not responsible for price changes or availability prior to deposit.

4. Cancellations & Changes

Travel plans may change, and we will always do our best to assist.

• Supplier cancellation policies apply to all bookings
• Additional change or revision fees may apply for significant itinerary changes after confirmation
• A cancellation service fee of $125.00 per reservation may be applied to cover administrative work

Planning fees remain non-refundable regardless of cancellation.

5. Travel Insurance (Strongly Recommended)

Travel insurance is strongly recommended to protect your investment.

Coverage may include:

• Trip cancellations or interruptions
• Medical emergencies
• Travel delays or lost baggage

If you choose to decline travel insurance, you accept full responsibility for any financial losses.

6. Client Responsibilities

Clients are responsible for:

• Ensuring all travelers have valid passports and required documentation
• Reviewing all travel documents for accuracy upon receipt
• Understanding entry requirements, including visas and health regulations
• Arriving on time for all travel components

Failure to meet these requirements may result in denied travel without refund.

7. Supplier Responsibility Disclaimer

Breezy Travel & Destinations acts as an intermediary between clients and travel suppliers.

We are not responsible for:

• Supplier errors, delays, or cancellations
• Weather, mechanical issues, or force majeure events
• Changes made by airlines, cruise lines, or hotels

However, we will advocate on your behalf and provide support whenever possible.

8. Communication & Service Expectations

To provide the highest level of service:

• Communication will primarily take place via email and scheduled calls
• Response times are typically within 24–48 business hours
• Urgent travel support will be prioritized for in-travel clients

9. Consent & Agreement

By proceeding with services and/or submitting payment, you acknowledge that you have read, understood, and agreed to the terms outlined in this agreement.

10. Payment Authorization & Chargeback Policy

By submitting payment to Breezy Travel & Destinations, you acknowledge and agree to the following:

• You are an authorized user of the payment method provided and have full authority to approve charges
• All payments made—including planning fees, deposits, and final payments—are voluntarily authorized and non-disputed services once processed

Chargebacks & Payment Disputes

• You agree not to initiate a chargeback or payment dispute for services that have been rendered, planned, or booked on your behalf
• In the event of a concern or dispute, you agree to contact Breezy Travel & Destinations directly to allow for resolution

If a chargeback is initiated improperly:

• You remain financially responsible for the full amount of services rendered
• Any time spent responding to or disputing the chargeback may result in an administrative fee of $150–$300
• Breezy Travel & Destinations reserves the right to provide documentation, including this signed agreement, invoices, and communication records, to the payment processor as evidence of authorized services

Planning fees and service-based work are non-refundable due to the time, research, and expertise provided.
