Meet Courtney, the Midlifer's Travel Advisor
Courtney believes that traveling is one of the most incredible experiences one can have and that when the opportunity to travel presents itself, you must take it. She has a lifelong passion for travel that started when she took her first flight, alone at the age of 12 and took her first solo trip to beautiful island of Bermuda at the age of 21.
Courtney is a retiree from the mental health counseling field and is now enjoying a second career as the business owner and travel advisor, of Breezy Travel & Destinations. Before retiring, she made it a point to travel as much as she could, but with work and family responsibilities that travel was limited. Now that she has retired, she is going in full throttle to make up for lost time and she enjoys creating opportunities that empower midlife travelers to trade the stress for sunsets, and to-do lists for bucket-list bliss.
Courtney began her travel business in February of 2020, when most people had a very high anxiety and fear about international travel, especially cruise travel. She didn't let the impact of fear deter her dream. She pushed forward and used the opportunity to educate herself, attain benchmark training levels and create some important connections that are still valuable to this day. She travels extensively throughout the United States and internationally and her favorite mode of travel is ocean and river cruising.
